Below are the three key areas of focus within my practice:
FAMILY NUTRITION
I work with many families, where we focus on developing healthy food relationships within the home. I guide parents on healthy eating for children of all ages, and offer special nutritional plans for adolescents too, including adolescent athletes.
SPORTS NUTRITION
I work with together with athletes of various sporting specialities to formulate sport’s training guides, and race day strategies.
I also offer sessions for body composition assessments.
MEDICAL NUTRITION
I work with patients, referred by their doctors, to assist in guiding and obtaining a healthier lifestyle and eating plan specific to their medical needs. Our focus is to change unhealthy habits and reduce risk.
